We deliver products using Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery. Free shipping is offered to all purchases within Australia.
Returns. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to: Icona Jewellery & Accessories Returns Centre, 9 Knox Street, Double Bay NSW 2028 – Australia. For any return query, contact Icona Customer Care Team within 14 days from purchase. Note, you must show proof of purchase for any refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. Icona does not cover items that have not been cared for as recommended in Product Care guidelines. We do not cover items damaged through wear and tear, or damaged by contact with chemical liquids.
